Anelise Cleaning Services manages approximately 22 field teams that operate across the region throughout the day. These teams regularly return to the company's facility to restock cleaning supplies, swap equipment, and handle other operational routines — but they don't all come at the same time. Before Raven, this created a constant staffing problem: someone always had to be physically present at the facility just to let teams in and out. That meant paying an employee to sit at a door, or coordinating arrival windows that didn't match the teams' real schedules.

Ultimate Wraps is a vehicle wrap and customization shop where both employees and customers need access to the facility at varying times. Employees start and end shifts on different schedules. Customers need to drop off vehicles for wrap jobs or pick them up when work is complete — and those times don't always fall within standard business hours. Managing all of this with traditional keys or having someone always available to open the door was limiting the business's flexibility and creating bottlenecks.

The Solution

Raven Access Control was installed to manage entry for both employees and customers. Each employee received their own credential for consistent daily access. For customers, temporary credentials are issued for the duration of their service — allowing them to drop off or pick up their vehicles at a time that works for them, even outside regular hours.
